Student Housing: Facilities

At The Park at Voss, 2.8 miles from the college, the most common arrangement is a two bedroom / two bath apartment shared by four students. Double and single student apartments are limited. This option is limited and is based on seniority and availability.

What's included?

Furnishings
Each bedroom is furnished with two beds, two dressers, nightstand and lamp. Each apartment comes with living room and dining furniture, an electric stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Apartment windows are treated with blinds.

Utilities
Electricity, gas, water, waste water, and trash are provided and included in the overall fees of housing.
