Evening and Weekend Option - Culinary Arts, Graphic Design and Interior Design
Introducing Evening and Weekend option at The Art Institute of California — Inland Empire. Now students can earn their degree in Culinary Arts, Graphic Design and Interior Design in an evening and weekend, online and on-ground format.

These delivery options are designed to allow working adults to complete their education in either three or four years, depending on the structure they choose. Students will take either two or three classes on campus along with two classes online each quarter. The four-year program comprises two classes on campus per week and the three-year program comprises three classes on campus per week. All programs require two online courses each quarter.

On-campus courses will be offered one or two evenings a week and one or two classes on Saturday, depending on whether students have selected the three- or four-year option and class availability. The two online courses will be offered across the quarter, with one class in the first 5.5 weeks of the quarter and one class in the last 5.5 weeks of the quarter.

At the time of enrollment students will be advised of classes that will be offered online in their program. These courses have been pre-selected by the student’s academic director. The same is true with classes that the student will take on campus. Students will have the option of taking any online courses on campus, if offered, but it may require them to attend a daytime class.

These program options provide excellent education opportunities for working adults to keep their current jobs, have time with their families, and pursue a valuable education in Culinary Arts, Graphic Design or Interior Design.

This option features:

  • Flexible Evening/Weekend Format with online classes
  • Curriculum designed with industry input.
  • Instructors with real-world experience.
  • Technology reflects industry trends.
  • Financial Aid is available to those qualify.
