Evening and Weekend Option
Evening and Weekend Option - Culinary Arts, Graphic Design and Interior Design These delivery options are designed to allow working adults the opportunity to complete their education in either three or four years, depending on the structure they choose. Students will take either two or three classes on campus along with two classes online each quarter. The four-year program is two classes on campus per week and the three-year program is three classes on campus per week. All programs require two online courses each quarter. On-campus courses will be offered one or two evenings a week and one or two classes on Saturday, depending on whether they have selected the three or four year option and class availability. The two online courses will be offered across the quarter, one class in the first 5.5 weeks of the quarter and one class in the last 5.5 weeks of the quarter. At the time of enrollment the student will be advised of the classes that will be offered online in their program. These courses have been pre-selected by the student’s academic director. The same is true with the classes that the student will take on campus. Students will have the option of taking any online courses on campus, if offered, but it may require them to attend a daytime class.
