Assistant director of admissions

Responsible for recruiting qualified applicants for admissions to Miami International University of Art & Design (AiMIU). The Assistant Director of Admissions (ADA) manages his/her time and inquiry resources to achieve monthly application, and quarterly and annual enrollment plans. The ADA must conduct a high quantity of prospect phone contacts to secure weekly standard appointment set and interview activity, and to conduct follow-up activity with unresolved interviewees and future class applicants. The ADA is responsible for conducting all recruitment activities in accordance with state and federal accreditation and Institute policies and regulations, consistent with the highest ethical standards.

Assistant director of residential life & housing

A full time, live-in professional staff position responsible for the student and community development of housing students through programming, staff training, supervision, crisis management, facility management and student behavior. The Assistant Director will also assist the Dean of Student Affairs in the overall operations of the student housing program and providing quality housing for students.

Director of admissions

This position acts works with the Senior Director of Admissions to support the execution of sales and related marketing goals for Miami International University of Art & Design (AiMIU). This individual will specifically hold responsibility for managing the day to day operations of Assistant Directors of Admission in the pursuit of enrollment goals. The incumbent will assist in the design of quality promotional programs and materials to develop inquiries. The responsibilities and outcomes are based on new student recruitment goals and sales management for the assigned team, and secondarily, support of the department at large.
