Position Summary:
Instruct and facilitate meaningful learning in the course competencies in the curriculum and proactively support all facets of the learning environment. Provide career education through learner-centered instruction that will enable graduates to fulfill the evolving needs of the marketplace. Encourage a culture of learning that values mutual responsibility, life-long learning, diversity and ethics as well as personal and professional development.

Organizational Relationships:
Reports to: Academic, Dean of Academic Affairs

Collaborates with: Curriculum Task Forces, other institute functional areas, Academic Affairs Department

Position Requirements:
Positions available to teach in Diploma, Associates and Bachelor of Culinary Management programs. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of Baking & Pastry or other related culinary industry experience. Minimum of an associate's degree in Culinary Arts or related field. Bachelors or master's degree in hospitality or related field preferred. ACF certification(s) highly desired. Teaching experience a plus.

We are also seeking culinary professionals with experience to teach courses in Asian cuisine.
