Part-Time Employment
Many students find that part-time employment is an excellent way to help meet the financial obligations of a college education and also maintain a flexible schedule that allows for class time and study time. Internships
Internships give The Art Institute students the opportunity to apply classroom instruction to real-world experience while earning academic credit. Most Art Institutes programs require a minimum of 99 hours of internship. Any internship for credit must be approved by the student’s Academic Director in order for class credit to be obtained. The Office of Career Services partners with employers in all majors for students who need assistance in locating internship opportunities. Students who locate Internships on their own must inform Career Services and their Academic Director to ensure eligibility.
