The Art Institute of Las Vegas offers housing assistance to all enrolled students. Living in school-sponsored housing is an excellent way to get acquainted with other Art Institute students, the Las Vegas community and to become involved in college life. Our school-sponsored housing program provides furnished apartment units for our students. Additional features include: basketball and tennis courts, a fitness center, pools, and spas. The school-sponsored housing complex is within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, grocery and retail stores. Transportation is provided from the housing complex to The Art Institute of Las Vegas three times daily, Monday through Friday. The Housing Department employs a professional live-in Residence Life Coordinator and three live-in Resident Assistants to assist students in their transition to their new environment.
School–Sponsored Housing
For those looking for a place that actively supports educational goals and offers the opportunity to get acquainted with fellow students; a residence apartment is the best way to get into the heart of school life. Our school-sponsored housing facility offers a variety of living accommodations in a fully-equipped, partially furnished, apartment style complex. A Resident Advisor (RA) lives in school-sponsored housing and assists students in coordinating activities, becoming acquainted with each other and the Institute, and managing conflict.
Many first-year students have found that school-sponsored housing is especially beneficial. A Resident Advisor (RA) lives in school-sponsored housing and assists students in coordinating activities, becoming acquainted with each other and the Institute, and managing conflict. The ease of arranging accommodation, security, transportation, and the community of The Art Institute of Las Vegas are important criteria for consideration.
