Student Employment
Part-Time Employment
Many students find that part-time
employment is an excellent way to help meet the financial
obligations of a college education and also maintain
a flexible schedule that allows for class time and study
time. To view the current list of part-time job opportunities
please stop by the Career Services office.
Internships
Internships give The Art Institute
students the opportunity to apply classroom instruction
to real-world experience while earning academic credit.
Most Art Institutes programs require a minimum of 198
hours of internship. Any internship for credit must be
approved by the student’s Academic Director in
order for class credit to be obtained. The Office of
Career Services partners with employers in all majors
for students who need assistance in locating internship
opportunities. Students who locate Internships on their
own must inform Career Services and their Academic Director
to ensure eligibility.
