Counseling services are available at no additional charge to all students while attending The Art Institute of Las Vegas. The counseling staff member provides confidential short-term counseling for individuals and groups in accordance with professional, legal and ethical codes of the counseling profession.

The Counselor offers support, intervention, consultation and seminars addressing a variety of issues to help promote the emotional and academic well-being of our students. These issues include, but are not limited to: stress or time management, relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, substance abuse problems, eating disorders, anger management and balancing the demands of school/work/family.

In the event further assistance may be warranted, the counseling staff is qualified to make referrals to agencies or individuals in the community for additional resources.
