The Art Institute of California, Los Angeles (www.artinstitutes.edu/los-angeles) fills a unique niche. We provide post-secondary education to students seeking Bachelors and Associates degrees leading to careers in design, media arts and culinary arts. We are one of The Art Institutes (www.artinstitutes.edu), a system of over 40 education institutions located throughout North America.  

We are currently seeking part-time faculty to teach courses in the following areas: Game Programming and Game Art & Design.
Our instructors are responsible for educating and facilitating meaningful learning in the course competencies of the curriculum, and proactively support all facets of the learning environment.  Instructors are expected to provide career education through learner-centered instruction that will enable graduates to fulfill the evolving needs of the marketplace.  Instructors are also expected to encourage a culture of learning that values mutual responsibility, life-long learning, diversity, and ethics, as well as personal and professional development.  Qualified candidates will have a master’s degree from an accredited institution, previous teaching experience in a post-secondary education setting, and an enthusiasm for teaching in a creative environment.
