Bistro 31

Welcome to Bistro 31!
Operated by students of The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of California—Los Angeles, Bistro 31 offers a contemporary approach to international cuisine and flavors. Our Zagat-rated restaurant is open to the public and presents high-quality dishes at affordable prices.

For the final-quarter students in the “à la carte” class, the restaurant provides an opportunity to practice the theory and culinary artistry they’ve learned and honed over the years in our program. Bistro 31 gives them hands-on experience with menu creation, food prep, management, money handling and customer service.

We look forward to serving you at Bistro 31.

Menu
Our menu changes seasonally to incorporate fresh and flavorful ingredients. On occasion, the bistro also features special menus such as a three-course “Taste of Truffle” menu or a celebrity chef inspired prix fixe. To see a sample regular menu please click here.

Hours of Operation
Hours of operation may vary by quarter. Generally, the restaurant is open Tuesday through Thursday for lunch from 11:30am to 2pm and for dinner from 6:30pm to 9pm, excluding campus holidays. Please call to verify hours and for reservations.
