Santa Monica, CA: After the success of “Mage’s Mayhem”, it was time for the Game Wizards to create their next game mod.

Three of the top Game Art & Design students were already devloping a new project "Wolves of Mibu". "They pitched us this huge project and already had pages and pages of concept drawings." ,said Eric T. Elder, Academic Director for Game Art & Design and one of the instructors of the Game Wizards team. Travis Castillo, Alan Lee, and Hafid Roserie had a head start on their game development careers by landing positions at USC's Institute for Creative Technologies (ICT) developing the Leaders Project, a research effort aimed at next generation of training applications for leadership development within the US Army.

At the end of two quarters and many hours of hard work the team working on "Wolves of Mibu" completed a gorgeous, expansive level with beautiful detail that rivals the work of a professional development studio. Using some of their work in their respective portfolios Avery Wong, one of the "Wolves" team landed a job at Cryptic Studios the company that produced the popular PC title "City of Heroes", and Hafid Roserie was hired at EA (Electronic Arts) working on the next James Bond title "Golden Eye".

In addition, the Game Wizards submitted "Wolves of Mibu" and "Mage's Mayhem" to the $1,000,000 Nvidia Create Something Unreal Contest in the Educational Catergory, and were selected as one of 10 Finalists.
