MIAMI INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ART & DESIGN ANNOUNCES ITS NEW DEAN OF ACADEMIC AFFAIRS, PAUL M. COX, Ph.D.

Miami, FL September 3, 2009 – Miami International University of Art & Design announces the appointment of Paul M. Cox, Ph.D. to the position of Dean of Academic Affairs for Miami International University of Art & Design effective immediately. 

Dr. Cox brings over 24 years of higher education experience having held both administrative and faculty positions. Most recently, Dr. Cox was the dean for the School of Professional Studies at Vanguard University, in Costa Mesa, California. His educational background includes a Ph.D. and Master of Arts degree in Social Ethics from the University of Southern California, a Master of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Psychology from the University of Missouri. Dr. Cox is also a published author, having co-authored a book on Bioethics and published numerous articles addressing various issues in Philosophy and Ethics.
