As an applicant to The Art Institutes International Minnesota, you must demonstrate proof of high school graduation or its equivalent prior to receiving final acceptance. Your high school transcript or GED transcript is required.
You will also be interviewed, either in person or by telephone, to explore your background and related interests in correlation with the program offerings. ach applicant's academic transcript and completed essay will be evaluated by the Admissions Acceptance Committee. The committee determines the compatibility of the applicant with the programs at The Art Institutes International Minnesota, and ultimately makes the final decision regarding acceptance to the school. The committee reserves the right to request additional records of accomplishments in core academic courses and/or the results of any nationally-based examination such as the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) or American College Test (ACT) prior to making this decision.
A separate Application for Admission and Enrollment Agreement must be completed and signed by the applicant and parent or guardian (if the applicant is a minor). The applicant should include official high school and college transcripts with proof of graduation at the time the application is submitted.
