Student Comment Forms are available in the Office of Student Affairs located in room 209 Pence.  These forms provide an avenue of communication between students and administration for suggestions, comments, and/or complaints. When completed, Student Comment Forms should be returned to the Dean of Student Affairs or an Academic Director, and will then be reviewed by the appropriate administrators.

Student Suggestion Box
A suggestion box is located near the Student Lounge on the lower level. Students are encouraged to submit comments and/or suggestions regarding school issues. The suggestions are collected on a regular basis and reviewed by the appropriate administrators.
