Student Comment Forms
Student Comment Forms are available in the Office of Student Affairs - room 002.  These forms provide an avenue of communication between students and administration for suggestions, comments, and/or complaints. When completed, Student Comment Forms should be returned to the Dean of Student Affairs or an Academic Director, and will then be reviewed by the appropriate administrators.

Student Suggestion Box
A suggestion box is located near the Student Lounge on the lower level. Students are encouraged to submit comments and/or suggestions regarding school issues. The suggestions are collected on a regular basis and reviewed by the appropriate administrators.
