Southeast Region at the National Championship

The Art Institute of Tennesse - Nashville “Knowledge Bowl” team won the regional championship competition sponsored by the American Culinary Federation, and represented the Southeast Region at the National Championship in Las Vegas in July, 2008, held during the annual meeting of the American Culinary Federation. This was the second year our students have competed in the contest.
