Educator of the Year

Haines, Department Chair of The Art Institute of Tennesse - Nashville Graphic Design program, was named "Educator of the Year" at the District 7 meeting of the National Advertising Federation, held in Chattanooga, TN on April 26, 2008. The award is given in recognition of outstanding service to the advertising profession and to college advertising students. District 7 of the National Advertising Federation covers the states of Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana. Leslie's nomination was unanimous among the Awards Committee. She is the 21st recipient of the award.
