Parking & Safety
The Art Institute of Tennessee — Nashville campus

Parking regulations have been designed to maintain convenient, safe and orderly parking for the students, faculty, staff and guests of The Art Institute of Tennessee – Nashville. Signs and markings are placed in the driving and parking areas to facilitate ease of parking and safe traffic. The Art Institute of Tennessee - Nashville, a branch of The Art Institute of Atlanta, is not responsible for any loss or damage to students’ automobiles or their contents. Parking is on a first come, first served basis. Students are prohibited from parking in spaces reserved for staff and visitors. Students parking off of the premises should obey the state parking codes and the posted restrictions of our neighbors. Cars may not be left on the premises overnight or they will be subject to towing.

Likewise, maintaining a safe environment is the responsibility of every student, staff member and faculty member. It is the policy of The Art Institute of Tennessee - Nashville to properly document and report all criminal acts or other emergencies to local authorities as required by law. Reports can be filed on a voluntary, confidential basis for inclusion in the annual disclosure of crime statistics by contacting the Dean of Student Affairs. Reports are kept in a secure location in the office of the Dean of Student Affairs. Names of victims or witnesses are not disclosed in the crime report.
