Located in the Brooklyn Heights area of Brooklyn, NY, The Art Institute of New York City student housing offers students comfortable college living with accommodations in suites with private bathrooms and a kitchen. 67 Livingston also offers numerous amenities including a fitness center, a lounge with a patio on the 25th floor, computer center, tanning facilities, and more. There are a number of restaurants, shops, and services within a one-block radius of the facility including McDonald's, pizza restaurants, Chipotle, Barnes & Noble Booksellers, a movie theatre, Burger King, IHOP, Starbucks Coffee, Arby’s, and a shuttle bus to IKEA. New students should apply as soon as possible and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until all spaces are filled. The reservation fee is $400. The $400 reservation fee will be applied to the first quarter housing charges. The $400 reservation fee is only refundable if the student cancels 30 days prior to check-in. Space is limited.
