The 2009 Art Institutes Best Teen Chef, Sammy Jo Claussen, delivered a star performance on national television, appearing on the NBC's Today Show on May 29, 2009.

The nearly 5-minute segment featured Sammy Jo (along with hosts Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb) demonstrating original recipes that were part of her submission into the Best Teen Chef Competition.
