Professional Skills Kitchens

The Culinary Arts facility contains two laboratory kitchens, one baking & pastry kitchen, and one public a la carte dining room/kitchen facility. These learning environments address the unique needs for the delivery of applied learning in a learner-centered environment. All kitchens utilize commonly found commercial equipment and tools used in the foodservice industry to prepare students for the transition from the school environment to the workplace.
