Mailroom/Inquiry Processing – Coordinator

The successful candidate will promptly distribute all incoming mail and faxes and expedite outgoing mail on a daily basis. Other responsibilities include processing inquiries, coordinating postage costs and inventory, assisting with special admissions events, coordinating direct mail and bulk mail projects, and overseeing clerical/administrative support. This position will also process and distribute all computer generated inquiries, maintain a "clean inquiry base" by monitoring it for duplicates and unworkables, and generate/mail letters and labels to inquiries. Additional admissions support includes generating and distributing daily reports for ADAs, (To Do List, Uncontacted Inquiry Reports, Appointment Calendar, and others). Will also maintain inventory of publications, handle printing and supply needs, and receive and store all incoming shipments.

We are seeking a self-starter with a high school diploma and 1 year of experience with basic office and mailroom equipment, preferably at a postsecondary institution. Clerical support experience highly desired, although not required. Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills required. Must have superior organizational and problem resolution abilities. Strong expertise required in MS Office and field-related reporting hardware/software packages and systems.
