Title: Information Specialist

Position Summary:
Support admissions effort with a variety of marketing /sales activities including telemarketing, event planning, group presentations, and general admissions support.
Key Job Elements:
- Telemarketing to admissions inquiries and timely follow up to set up appointments with ADAs.
- Plan and carry out sales events including group interviews, tours, open house and orientation.
- Responsible for set-up of area for multiple events, mailings of invitations and follow-up to assure goals and objectives are met.
- Provide back up for tours and admissions coordinators
- Responsible for tracking and follow-up of transcripts for applicants' transfer of credit.
- Responsible for responding to non-matriculating inquires.
- Additional Duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Admissions in support of the Marketing and Admissions functions of the college.
Organizational Relationships:
Reports to: Associate Director of Admissions
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Must be customer service oriented and have a strong team orientation.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
