When you dine at Petite Passion, you are a guest in a restaurant being operated by students studying Culinary Arts at The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Philadelphia. These students each spend eleven weeks in Petite Passion, either preparing your meal or in the dining room as your server. Each student has an opportunity to gain valuable dining room knowledge while preparing to be a chef.

Over the course of their schooling, our students study International, Classical, and American Regional cooking. They spend time in Baking, Pastry and Dessert Presentation as well. At Petite Passion, the students bring together the skills they have learned over their first year to create a delicious and varied menu.
