• Your name and maiden name if appropriate
• Your full address
• Your phone number AND email address
• Your graduation date and course of study
• If you are a current student or did not graduate, include the month and year you started at The Art Institute of Philadelphia.
• The name of the friend you are searching for and any information you might be able to contribute such as department of study, start date, graduation date, and hometown.
• A note to the friend so that they know why we are forwarding your message to them. This is very important.

Once we forward your information to your friend, it is up to your friend to get back in touch with you.
