Student Housing Rules and Regulations

Rules and Regulations are established for the safety of our students and to ensure their well being and comfort in their residential community. All residents must sign a lease constituting an agreement to adhere to the college’s rules of conduct. This agreement is a binding document and should be treated the same way you would treat a lease at a non-school sponsored location.
Any student who wishes to leave housing before the one year contract agreement has ended will automatically be required to pay a lease break penalty equivalent to 2 months rent.
Any roommate issue that cannot be resolved after appropriate mediations with the Residence Life Department will be solved by moving one or more parties to a different apartment. A detailed listing of rules and regulations will be made available to students prior to or during move-in.
