Student Housing

The Art Institute of Philadelphia provides accommodations to approximately 30% of its student population. Additionally, many other students live in the vicinity of the college in privately owned apartments.

The Department of Residence Life is committed to providing students with comfortable, affordable and convenient housing options.

Management
Professional and student staff (Director, Assistant Directors, Residence Life Coordinators, Resident Assistants, Maintenance and Facilities Staff, Security Officers) are available in our facilities to assist students who have questions or experience problems.

In addition, the staff plans a variety of activities and events for students throughout the year.

The office is open Monday - Friday from 8am - 12 midnight and from 12 noon - 12 midnight on weekends.
