Rules and Regulations are established for the safety of our students and to ensure their well being and comfort in their residential community. All residents must sign a lease constituting an agreement to adhere to the college’s rules of conduct. This agreement is a binding document and should be treated the same way you would treat a lease at a non-school sponsored location.

Any student who wishes to leave housing before the one year contract agreement has ended will automatically be required to pay a lease break penalty equivalent to 2 months rent.

Any roommate issue that cannot be resolved after appropriate mediations with the Residence Life Department will be solved by moving one or more parties to a different apartment. A detailed listing of rule sand regulations will be made available to students prior to or during move-in.
