The Registrar's Office is located on the 3rd Floor of the Main Building--1622 Chestnut Street.

We want your feedback! The Registrar's Office would like to introduce its Customer Service initiative. We encourage you to tell us about your customer service experience. You can offer praise to a staff member for a job well done, make us aware of a problem, make a suggestion, or submit a complaint. Fill out the feedback form by clicking on the link below.

Registrar's Office Customer Feedback Form

The Registrar and staff offer the following services for students:

  • Maintenance of all student academic and attendance records
  • Issuing grades within the first week after the end of the quarter. Final and mid-term grades are posted to the student's Online Services (OLS) account.
  • Issuing academic transcripts
  • Quarterly validation of Student Identification (ID) cards
  • Supervising the Quarterly Student Registration and Class Clearance Activities
  • Distribution of official student schedules
  • Veterans enrollment certifications and reports
  • Processing of student status changes, including address and phone changes
  • Program withdrawals (initiated by student with Academic Director)
  • Requests for department or program change (initiated by student with Academic Director)
  • Transfers to other Art Institutes
  • Certification of enrollment status for students wishing to defer student loans or insurance purposes
  • Course withdrawals (initiated by student, instructor and Academic Director)
  • Academic progress evaluations
