How To Apply For Student Housing

Application Process

In order to be assigned a space in our residential community, ALL of the following items must be completed:

acceptance to The Art Institute of Philadelphia
your $100 college enrollment fee (new students only)
Complete the Housing Application online
$130 Security Deposit must accompany application ($100 is refundable). It is important to send both your application and deposit to the Department of Residence Life directly in order to receive prompt and accurate processing.
Student financial plan including housing costs must be completed and signed.
