Student Housing Rules and Regulations

See what a room on campus looks like

Rules and Regulations are established for the safety of our students and to ensure their well-being and comfort in their residential community. All residents must sign a Housing License Agreement and adhere to the college’s code of conduct. This agreement is a binding document and should be treated the same way you would treat a lease at a non-school sponsored location.

Any student who wishes to leave housing before the three-quarter license agreement has ended will automatically be required to pay an early termination penalty equivalent to 2 months rent.
