The Gallery Café

Lunch and Dinner Menu (PDF)

The Gallery Café is a working classroom staffed by students who are near completion of their culinary program. Students in the kitchen are actively involved with every meal from menu planning to food purchase, and final preparation. The “front of the house” students work on hospitality, cashiering and simple bookkeeping. Every student is committed to making sure that your experience in the Gallery Café is one of complete satisfaction.

The Gallery Café is located on the first floor of The Art Institute of Phoenix (2233 W. Dunlap Ave., Phoenix). You will be surrounded by gallery exhibits that might be a part of national touring graphic design exhibits, and Art Institute of Phoenix Juried Student Art Exhibition or a local comic book company.

Business or casual dress is appropriate for the Gallery Café. We do recommend reservations for lunch. Expect to be immersed in an environment that encourages small talk over a leisurely meal. From beverages to desserts, your meal will be an experience of great satisfaction.

Lunch: Wednesday – Friday
Seating @ 11:30, 11:45, 12:00 and 12:15

Dinner: Thursday and Friday (when scheduled)
Seating @ 6:30, 7:15 and 7:45

Lunch: $10.95 per person (+ tax and gratuity)

Dinner: $14.95 - $16.95 per person (+ tax and gratuity)

Parties of 11 or more:
Lunch: $13.50 per person (Flat fee, including tax and gratuity)*
Dinner: $20.00 per person (Flat fee, including tax and gratuity)*
**We require a 50% deposit for all large parties two weeks in advance.

In an unprecedented battle, three students from The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Phoenix have been invited to compete on The Food Network popular series Iron Chef America.

This challenge marks the first time in the show’s history that culinary students have been invited to compete in the kitchen stadium. Whose cuisine will reign supreme?
