The Gallery Café

Sample Lunch and Dinner Menu (PDF)

The Gallery Café is a working classroom staffed by students who are near completion of their culinary program. Students in the kitchen are actively involved with every meal from menu planning to food purchase, and final preparation. The “front of the house” students work on hospitality, cashiering and simple bookkeeping. Every student is committed to making sure that your experience in the Gallery Café is one of complete satisfaction.

The Gallery Café is located on the first floor of The Art Institute of Phoenix (2233 W. Dunlap Ave., Phoenix).

Gallery Cafe

In an unprecedented battle, three students from The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Phoenix were invited to compete on The Food Network popular series Iron Chef America.

On Sunday, September 27, 2009 at 9 pm, The Food Network showed our student challengers in action.

This challenge marked the first time in the show’s history that culinary students have been invited to compete in the kitchen stadium.
