International Students Are Welcome!
The Art Institute of Phoenix is home to students from all over the world. Many countries are represented, including Argentina, Korea, Yemen, Switzerland, and many more! International students bring a cultural diversity to The Institute for both the domestic and international students. If you reside outside of the U.S. and are interested in attending The Art Institute of Phoenix, an Assistant Director of Admissions specializing in international student issues will provide you with information on admissions, immigration, orientation, and student services.

What Else Will I Need?
As an international applicant you will need to meet all of the general admissions requirements, and you must present official copies of all educational transcripts (both high school and post-secondary education records). Your Assistant Director of Admissions will walk you through the process.

As an international student, you must also demonstrate your proficiency in English. This can be accomplished by providing a diploma, transcript, or institutional profile statement from your high school or university confirming that English is your primary language or that you have achieved a minimum score of 480 on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).
