Fashion and retail management is a fast-paced industry that requires talented and creative professionals who have both a great sense of style and a solid knowledge of the business world. The Fashion & Retail Management degree program from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh prepares students in both these areas. Coursework includes a basic foundation in drawing and design, the history of fashion, modern fashion illustration concepts, and techniques. Career opportunities can be pursued in in-store and mall management, event planning and promotion, sales, product and sales development, and small business ownership.
