In order to help you find your lost friend, I require the following information. Without it, requests will not be accepted. For each person you are looking for, make a separate request, and be sure to include:

• Your name and maiden name if appropriate
• Your full address
• Your phone number AND email address
• Your graduation date and course of study
• If you are a current student or did not graduate, include the month and year you started at The Art Institute.
• The name of the friend you are searching for and any information you might be able to contribute such as department of study, start date, graduation date, and hometown.
• A note to the friend so that they know why I am forwarding your message to them. This is very important.

Once I forward your information to your friend, it is up to them to get back in touch with you.
