Requesting your transcript (This form is for campus students only)

If you are an Art Institute of Pittsburgh campus student, your transcript request must be made in writing and can be submitted via e-mail (adunavent@aii.edu), fax (412.263.3715) or regular mail. Requests must include the following: Your name (including maiden name, if applicable), address, phone, student ID or last four digits of your Social Security number, approximate dates of attendance, the full address of where you want your transcript mailed and to who’s attention. There is a $5 charge for official transcripts; unofficial copies are free of charge. Graduates are entitled to one free copy.

• Maximize a student's investment by operating as the vital hub of the school's information.
• Contribute to a positive educational experience for the students.
