- Apartments come furnished with the following:
- Living room set (sofa, and loveseat or oversized chair, end table)
- Bedroom (twin beds, dresser, nightstand)
- Dining set (table and chairs)
Comfort
- Enjoy a limited access community.
- Take advantage of an apartment in move-in conditions — all apartments are furnished, including dishwasher, refrigerator and stove.
- Use the on-site weight and exercise equipment room (Goose Hollow).
- Take advantage of the study lounges (Goose Hollow).
- WalkSafe program can provide accompaniment for students when walking within a 1 mile radius of school nightly between 8:30pm and 11pm.
Cost

- Protection from the cost of having a roommate move out during the term of the license agreement.
- If you are eligible, include the cost of housing in your financial plan.
- Cost includes rent, apartment furnishings, water/sewer/garbage, electricity, heat, and on-site staff and activities.
