In this piece, I am portraying a possible future; the absence of art. The hand,
representing our present actions, is creating a landscape of the future. It is much like a modern
day city; nothing has changed. The buildings stay the same. The sky is grey. The future is slowly
fading away.
By taking away the chance to nurture our youths' talents, there is a great chance that they will be lost. Without anyone to make a difference in the world, the world will stay the same and not become as "bright" as we once thought. |
