The main idea behind my art poster was to show as many ways how art makes life better, easier, etc.,
as possible while still having a flow or a lot of emphasis on the statement, "Life is Better with Art In It."
I chose the "wrap-around" idea for the design because it added a sort of excitement, movement and ended
up being exactly as I envisioned it. The pictures represent how art is used in life and how it really
affects us without even knowing it. The turquoise blue color was selected because it created something
light, clean, clear and easy on the eyes for the viewer.
Graphic Design has always been a hobby and a passion for me. Every day, I am working in Photoshop creating a logo, or a header, or even just making my own graphic design regardless of whether or not it's for a friend or a business. Friends, family and teachers have been heavy influences on my decision to pursue a career in what I'm the absolute best in, design. I feel like I have a special skill that hasn't quite fully developed yet and in four years I am hoping it will be. |
