Parking at The Art Institute of Raleigh-Durham is conveniently located near the school in the historic downtown district. Student parking is available in the North Parking Deck located at the corner of Carr and Pettigrew streets.

A parking deck access card is required for all students. The fee for parking is $45.00 per student per quarter. Students who park their vehicles in the deck without the required access card will be subject to ticketing and towing by the American Tobacco Campus management. Students park at their own risk and liability. The Art Institute of Raleigh-Durham and the American Tobacco Campus are not responsible for any damages or loss to vehicles parked in the decks or on the Campus.

A fee in the amount of $10.00 will be charged for the replacement of lost or unreturned access cards.

Students must comply with management’s parking terms, rules and regulations. Parking is not permitted under the bridge on Jackie Robinson Street or in guest/visitor parking spaces.

To obtain a parking deck access card, please complete the Parking/Vehicle Registration Form and return it to the Accounting Department at The Art Institute of Raleigh-Durham.
