Muse Restaurant

Welcome to MUSE, the student-run dining facility at The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of California, Sacramento! Upper classmen are gaining real-life experience cooking, cashiering, and waiting tables at the newly opened MUSE restaurant.

The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of California, Sacramento inspires students to uncover world cuisines and discover numerous possibilities.

Students from the Interior Design and Graphic Design programs collaborated to create the look of this upscale dining restaurant that includes wooden elements, banquette seating, specialty lighting, and artwork from the students.

Hours of Operation
MUSE is currently closed. The restaurant will open again on April 16, 2012 during our Spring 2012 quarter and will be serving lunch on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm.* To make reservations or to place an order, call 916.830.6361.

Menu
The menu will change throughout the quarter. All items on the menu are made fresh daily by the Á La Carte and Pastry classes. As part of our green initiative, we source our proteins and vegetables from local, sustainable sources within 150 mile radius.
