President of The Art Institute of Salt Lake City

Welcome to the Web site of The Art Institute of Salt Lake City. I am delighted that you decided to make a virtual visit to our campus. Your timing couldn’t be better to pursue a degree in the creative and applied arts. I commend you for your decision to explore enhancing your education and career preparation.

The Art Institutes have been providing postsecondary education programs in design, media arts, culinary arts and fashion for more than 85 years. The best part of being a student here is spending time and learning with like-minded students and faculty — artists who think like you and are excited by the energy you bring. Many of our students come right out of high school, while some have tried different college programs and others are embarking on a career change. What draws these individuals to us is a passion for their art — and a desire to channel that passion into a career.

You bring the talent and passion; we’ll provide the exciting, creative, and technologically advanced learning environment that will help you to develop your talent into a successful career in the creative arts. Our staff and faculty are fully committed to your success — a student-centered approach that has helped thousands of students like you to launch exciting careers.
