The Student Appeals Committee meets frequently to deliberate academic and non-academic issues affecting the standing of enrolled students. The Committee is responsible for reviewing all materials presented by the student and The Art Institute of Salt Lake City, and it renders a final decision in each appeal. The Committee seeks fair and equitable outcomes in the best interests of individual students.

The Student Appeals Committee is comprised of the dean of Student Affairs (Conduct Officer), academic directors, academic advisors, the Student Appeals Committee chair, and other officials deemed appropriate by the Student Appeals Committee.
