The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of California — San Diego

The Palette is San Diego's premier culinary arts student-run dining room at The Art Institute of California — San Diego. Following six intense and disciplined academic quarters, the educational experience for culinary students at The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of California — San Diego culminates into a final quarter in which the senior students are charged with operating an on-site dining facility open to the public.

The Palette's weekly-rotating menu features many of the cuisines and disciplines taught at The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of California — San Diego. From American regional favorites to multi-cultural worldly fusions, the entrée creations from our students are sure to tantalize your taste buds.

Reservations for dining at The Palette are required as seating is limited. The Palette's hours of operations alternate between lunches (spring and fall quarters) and dinners (summer and winter quarters) on Tuesday and Wednesday during the academic quarter. Please call for the most current information regarding hours of operations, menu selections and reservations.
