The Art Institute of California— San Diego is located in the heart of Mission Valley at 7650 Mission Valley Road (Corner of Mission Center). In addition to classrooms, studios, laboratories, offices, student lounge, a learning resource center, and an exhibition gallery, The Art Institute maintains an art supply store for the convenience of the students. The year-round average class size is 25 or less. Maximum class size is 30 students for laboratory sessions and 60 students for lecture courses.
Equipment provided is specific to the program of study. This includes but is not limited to projectors, editing decks, digital and SLR cameras, camcorders, Windows and Macintosh computers, printers, and equipped kitchens. The Art Institute is not responsible for loss or damage of student property, including artwork or tapes.

Student Lounge
Located in the Student Lounge, The Artzy Café proudly brews Starbucks Coffee. A wide selection of breakfast and lunch items, snacks and drinks are available from 7:00a.m. - 8:30p.m. Monday - Friday. The student lounge has both inside and outside patio seating available and makes an excellent place to meet with friends.

Discounted bus and trolley passes are available at the Bookstore.
