Disabilities Services

Qualifying for Services

• Students who believe they are in need of accommodations should contact the Student Affairs Department in order to seek assistance from the college.
• Make an appointment with the Dean of Student Affairs as soon as possible.
• Present formal written documentation of your disability. A guide outlining documentation requirements may be obtained from the Student Affairs Department. Depending on the disability, professional documentation may be presented from a medical doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist or other diagnostician. In order to ensure that your desired class start date and your accommodations are met, please notify the Student Affairs Department as early as possible, preferably six weeks prior to the quarter start.
