The Illinois Institute of Art- Schaumburg leases multiple units from two area apartment complexes. The majority of our units are at the Tree House apartment complex. We also have a limited number of units at the Versailles on The Lakes apartment complex.
We offer the following apartment arrangements: quad occupancy, double occupancy or single occupancy. Our standard apartment is a two bedroom, two bathroom quad unit which accommodates four students. The one bedroom, one bathroom double units are offered based on availability. If you are interested in the one bedroom option, please contact the Residence Life & Housing Office as soon as possible and we will add your name to the waiting list. Applications received early receive priority consideration.
All units in both complexes are fully furnished with:
- Living room set (sofa, chair, end tables, two lamps and coffee table)
- Dining Set (table and four chairs)
- Bedroom Sets (twin beds, mirrored dresser or two chest of drawers, nightstand, desk & chair, and lamp)
