Certificate of Recognition - Portfolio Restaurant at The Art Institute of Seattle
Each year, the Washington Wine Commission recognizes restaurants that exhibit strong support of Washington wines and high standards in wine service. On March 12, the Commission presented its annual Washington Wine Restaurant Awards to those establishments that most prominently feature and showcase the wine regions of Washington State. During the Grand Tasting at the W Hotel, Culinary Director Ian Mackay and Restaurant Manager Dieter Schafer accepted the certificate.
